Wait, was the Grafter Scion death completely scripted?

Yesterday before entering Limgrave and the tutorial, this boss showed up and completely killed me in 3 hits, was it supposed to happen? I thought I could get at least hit it 3-4 times, expecting to die right after that, and yes I know how hard Elden Ring is and maybe die right after, not hitting a single time, but at least surviving for like 2 minutes I thought Also is there anything interesting if you ever come back and kill this dude? I think you could travel to this location after grinding a lot

I need help. A guy with a crsgblade cleanrot sword has been poising through all my attacks and just pokes me to death. He doesn't care what I do he just thrust and no heavy attack or any attack seems to stop him. What am I suppose to do to counter it? I'm very frustrated..

Spirit Ashe/Setup strategy for Malenia?

Hi! I have finally reached the moment I have been so long waiting for and as expected, Malenia whoops my ass. I have barely managed to get her to half hp in second phase (that with mimic tear). I am currently using Giant Crusher (Lion's Claw) with Radahn's Armor. My main strategy was to keep her staggered as much as possible in the first phase, but in the second phase she kinda destroys me. I barely manage to dodge her flower explosion when the phase starts and the waterfowl is pretty annoying. I will try my best to learn her moveset, but is there any better setup to beat her? I saw some old posts about RoB with mimic, but that got extremely nerfed.

What if the DLC begins or ends here?

I know, we already end the standard game inside this *massive* tree, but read the enphasis on *massive*. Maybe if the story contains a tree wrapping around the Erdtree like in the image we got, it would be such a nice way to explore more of this lore, going around the branches of this iconic figure. I can see myself discovering some pretty shady things and possibly living being on those thousand branches while we circle it, to then proceed to the “Shadow” and figure out wtf is going on Thoughts?

i just beat malenia with ROB and nagakiba(seppuku), i am now two handing the hand of malenia and am wondering if my weapon and my stats are good enough to fight malekith or any other bosses btw
