Less than and inch in length, heavy for their size. Seems to be metal material, easily breakable. Square like-“Stacked” appearance with pale green iridescent color.

Metal cage in the back part of a park.

Going to this park for over a decade and never knew what it was. Rocks are new, and cage was replaced recently.

My partner ran over this thing on the highway just now. It's a circular black two-part bowl like object. Possibly metal or very hard plastic. She sent me the dash cam video and we have no clue what it is. it completely tore up the tire.
