Very old PC does not turn on

Hey, i just found this old PC that was not on for years. I was trying to get it on but when i push the start button nothing happens. Does anyone know what Could be the problem

Help! Keeps Crashing to blue screen

My pc I just built keeps crashing to a blue screen with a barcode thing when I boot a game and for no reason at all some times. Help meh fellas. I’m also not really really good with computers but I’m an average gamer.

Anyone know what type of laptop I'd need to be able to okay this again ?

The one I'm using is Windows xp I think I've tried all settings it just never loads up from the game icon.

Is there some tech that I have been missing out on?
