Toilet lid closed all night, recently been waking up to this.

I live in florida & my house is usually pretty cold so idk if the heat from the pipes is causing the condensation with the temp of my house?

Looking to install washing machine drain

There was a bidet here, I want to put in a washer/dryer combo. I would hire a plumber if one existed locally with a wait list of less than 6 months, but our one local plumber could work 80 hours a week and never get caught up beyond emergencies, so DIY it is. My question is whether I can just cap off that drain on the bottom, throw a p trap in there and tie the p trap directly to the pipe? Or is that a recipe for mysterious badness I am ignorant of?

Hot water not flowing (tenant)

Hi, I’ve got a tenant who has just moved into my house and I’m not very experienced with boilers like this. It was disconnected for quite a while and it has now been turned on for 24 hours. However, the tenant is reporting that hot water is not flowing. Is there any fixes or things I can do to check remotely? Thanks

I think the adapter is stuck?

Honestly, I don’t know what I’m doing. The spout fell off, I bought a replacement but it won’t fit on the end. I think the end of this pipe is supposed to come off but I can’t get it off. Any idea how to get it off or if it needs to stay? Any solutions?

Quest stop replacement. Is there an alternative? Perhaps something with a 3/8 male thread for comment flexible lav supply lines?

It’s a white quest pipe. Seems a little newer than the old grey shit that was out before. Will a crimp ring “pex B” work? Will a expansion “pex a” work? Compression of some sorts? Shit is stupid

I have a 3 year old Kohler toilet. Recently after its flushed it doesn't want to fill. Most time if I turn the sink on an off the change in pressure will get it to fill. Friend suggested could be a bad fill valve. Ideas? Thanks.
