What to wear with this?

I have an October wedding in New England. My dress is similar to above except it has a slight slit. Any suggestions on something I can wear over it / a coat/ wrap etc for any time I need to be outside? (Outside time will be minimal just worried about no coat at all in the fall)

Closed toe black flats shoes for bridesmaid?

Hi all! Struggling to find a nice formal black flat with a closed toe to wear as a bridesmaid this November. My dress is a wrap style so the shoes are extremely visible. I am 9 inches taller than the bride and most of the bridal party so I am electing to wear flats, although I could likely do a very low block heel as well. It’s a forest venue with a “fairytale meets art deco” vibe and I’m not sure which route to take. You guys always have the best suggestions - HELP! Looking to spend ideally no more than $50 but could go to $100.
