Found this out on my front porch? Any ideas?

Have no clue what this is. Someone said it might be a tobacco worm but the images I’ve seen, those are all green.

I know it's not exactly what this sub is for but large welt bites.

Itchy got them up my arm. Large and swollen about the size of a nickel.

I keep seeing these things bouncing around my room
