Found this bug in Denver Colorado- about 1 1/2 inches from head to tail

What is this bug I found at my Airbnb?

I know it’s not a bed bug, but should I be worried? Thanks! Also, the Airbnb is very clean otherwise. I’m in Charleston, SC.
