Found this praying mantis, wondering if (s)he is local? SE USA.

Im freaking out!

Got home after dinner and found this over my window. I looked away for a second and looked back and it was gone!! I know the picture isn’t great, but any ideas what it could be??

I found this little strange slug bug at work
