RO filter drain placement

Hi all, I just moved in and I'm trying to install an RO system. I read that you're not supposed to install the drain saddle before the P trap. And the only other spot available is right after the disposal. I read that it's also not recommended to install it right after the disposal. I’m confused on what to do. Please help a girl out. Thank you!

Outdoor gas line black patch question

Had an outdoor gas line installed outside my house for a grill and noticed these black patches. Curious as to what this is and if I should be concerned

Previous unit was hard wired. Plumber just cut the cord and put the cord behind the unit.

Newly moved into new house. Previous owners tapped into waterline for their fridge feed. I want to turn off the feed due to slow leak. Can the feed be stopped by turning this small valve looking mechanism?

They removed a leaking 20 year old water heater from the attic and relocated it to the crawlspace with an automatic water shutoff for the water heater and installed a filter for chlorine and debris in the water. They had to run a new circuit and install a gfci

Someone please save me..

We had our powder room retiled and I’m concerned with how close they placed the tiles to the toilet flange. I already expected the toilet flange to be too low, due to the new tile, so I bought a toilet flange extender kit and a jumbo wax ring for the new toilet installation. After they completed the tile work I noticed they covered some of the flange (where the hardware is), with whatever toilet adhesive stuff they use, so now I fear I can’t get the existing flange out to add the extender. The flange is about 3/4” below the top of the tile. Someone please tell me I’m not screwed. Will my original plan work?
