How difficult would it be, if replacing kitchen floors, to add plumbing necessary to add a washer/dryer stack in the closet (denoted by question mark)? Looking at non-venting dryers and small high-efficiency washers. Is it possible to connect drain back to the sink? All advice extremely appreciated!

This old toilet is leaking

Is it possible to by a service kit to replace everything ? It’s old, but I like its’ flush. I can see shanks L61/30 written on the inside.

Leak In Pump House

The geniuses who failed to install a well pump cut the poly pipes coming up from the cement too short and now attaching anything has leaks. I sprayed flex seal stuff but it didn't work. The leak is on the pipe coming up and turns into pex. Any suggestions on how to get this leak to stop?
