Help finding info on this NOD

Supposedly developed in the USSR in the early 1940s. I believe it's called the Ts-3. I can't find any other details or photos. There should be an accompanying search lamp and battery pack. The Americans and Germans had similar systems in development/Early service during WW2.

new wraparound grips for tokarev 213

In the process of restoring this raggedy tokarev. my new wrap-around grips just arrived, and I think they make it look more russian. they are much more substantial that the old panel ones, though I've done some dremmeling to them for better ergonomics., I am restoring her to her formal Beauty with a sand blaster and coating products from DuraCoat. what do you think of the tokarev?

1989 Browning MK II Safari in .270cal-whats a reasonable price for one? Local shop has one listed. (Made in Belgium assembled in Portugal). I'm in the midwest. Has a few minor scratches and hard to see them, rifling looks good and no rust/pitting.
