Is there anything I can do to counter the sh*t view of the adjacent lot?

Moving into this 1BR. I am as sucker for a corner unit and went with it despite the view. Is there anything that can be done to make the area still look good despite the eye sore of a parking lot?

Hey the white cabinet in the back corner is from Ikea. It’s the Alex unit I got it in white but I feel like the room aesthetic is black with darker woods and white walls with black art. It feels a bit out of place.
