Complicated alteration?

This is my bridesmaid dress for an early October wedding. Seamstress 1 made the neckline crooked (the point in the “V” was off center) & Seamstress 2 (at the same bridal salon) made it looks like this… Is this a difficult alteration? A complicated fabric? Seamstress 1 told me that she’s done this exact alteration for someone else on the same dress. I’m so annoyed that I just took the dress home today because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore.
