Private Dasher??
Okay so here's the story. I was delivering a doordash order earlier from Walgreens. There was a little boy on the porch waiting for it so I handed it to him and completed the order. All of a sudden I hear somebody hollering from the house next door, asking if I work for doordash because he's having trouble ordering. I paused my dash and opened my doordash app so I could try to explain it to him but it seemed like he really wasn't trying to figure it out. Finally he says "Is there anyway I could talk you into going and getting me some food?". I told him if he wanted to pay me to go get him some food I could probably do that. He wanted Arby's which was about 3 miles away. He told me what he wanted and I added up his total on my Arby's app. The total was $18.08 and he handed me a $20 bill. He asked how much I wanted. I told him $10 so he handed me another $9 since there would a dollar and some change left out of the $20. I ordered his food using my Arby's app where I had a 24% off coupon. So I paid $14 and some change for his meal plus I got rewards points for it and drove about 6 mi total to deliver it. And ended up making about 15 bucks. Not too shabby right? So the Tina Turner song Private dancer popped into my head and I couldn't help myself.. I had to make a meme. Hopefully y'all are amused by it and it brings your day up a little. It really is so unpredictable out here. You never know what's going to happen 😂
