Boss RushDropped back into Arena Breakout: Infinite on Customs and almost turned around right away. Forgot how many AI spawns crowd the west road when you’re trying to cross with a half-built kit. Ended up pinned behind a truck for three minutes while two squads traded shots over my head, and every time I peeked the bots lit me up like I owed them money.
My own death still stings. One guy came through the side door of the garage I was looting, and I caught the muzzle flash late because I was busy checking the rifle case on the workbench. He dropped me with two taps to the chest before I even turned. No armor pen exploit, just clean shooting, so I can’t even be mad about the kit I lost.
What I hate is how slow the movement feels when you’re already late to an extract. Sprinting with a full bag feels like wading through mud, and the moment you hear footsteps you know you’re screwed if the door’s too far. Still worth the risk, though, because nothing else gives that same jolt when the firefight actually goes your way.
