Ok so I ordered wingstop an hour and a half before closing spent 31 dollars with a 9 dollar tip, dasher gets there and waits for around 30 minutes before un-assigning order then I get a notification that a new dasher was assigned. Few minutes go by I get a text saying my food was already picked up🤦🏾‍♀️ meaning the first dasher most likely did pick it up but didn’t confirm an un-assigned lucky I got a refund but why risk you’re job for free food🤨

I have no idea what I did, generally what is their reasoning to just deactivating accounts of customers, like vendors and dashers stuff makes sense but what could i have done for them to just ban me, they refunded my dash pas as well

My account was on pause because of the checkr update even though years ago whenever I started door dash it wasn’t as strict maybe about dashing in general.. who else can say that the older version of door dash was better? No more random tip prizes and weird extra money features! I have had customers complain about XYZ when it’s came to their orders and which direction I navigated but some how only have had 1 contract violation that was valid. How do you advance on this app now?

Dasher said I was late and I get a contract violation whenever it was a valid reason to be late! How to dispute violations accordingly?

DoorDash Hours are Long and Hard to make rent / what other apps help pay the bills / hate when customers won’t tip for 10 mile plus orders

Any tips? If you compare to a regular job those hrs would be much more valuable I do get that but door dash needs a stronger model for business! All restaurants need door dash help like refunds/remakes/actual credit
