Nothing much to this one. Accidentally replaced a clients database with one from another client. A series of unfortunate circumstances lead to this occasion (some of them were my fault while others were just negligences from another developer). It happened on Friday and went unnoticed until today. Luckily there was a snapshot of production that was recent enough to solve the issue. My manager solved the issue and called me this Sunday asking what happened. I have meeting with him tomorrow so that we can go through the steps to reproduce the issue. I don’t think that this is a issue worthy of a contract termination, but it makes me feel and look really bad lol.
