First time making (and eating) cheese danish. Really tasty but I feel like the dough could be more flaky

I used the pastry dough recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction and followed the cheese danish instructions from NYT cooking. I wonder if my butter chunks were too big. Still would make again!
Tiny mini churros

Hope this counts as baking? Today I got a last minute request to bring a desert to a taco night and so I wanted to make churros but my largest piping tip was tiny!! So I made tiny churro chips kinda. I made a bunch but now I’m nervous about if I should bring them bc they’re so small. They taste really good. (This picture is from the first batch, I made a whole container full)
