What about it?

My husband passed away March 25th 2023 of Pancreatitis after a long struggle with drugs and alcoholism. He had turned life around and was a great husband and father to our kids. If only he could have put the bottle down we might have him with us today. The last picture of him I have is really of him in the hospital and I can’t even look at it or I am taken right back to those terrible moments.

The last photo I have of me and one of my best mates, before he passed from smoking Fentanyl laced weed.

What about it?

They are literally putting it in everything. This picture is years old but I love it (and it's the only one I have of us together). He passed last Christmas, smoked a bit and just never woke up, Ty I miss you brother and think of you every day.

Today would have been his 72nd birthday. He passed away June 2021. After limiting contact thru the pandemic, this was the first (and last) time we got together as a family. We had a wonderful Father's Day celebration with all the grandkids. He unexpectedly had a stroke that following Monday (blood clot went to the brain) and we lost him on that Thursday. I miss you so much Dad. Happy Birthday. I wish you were still here.

He had a huge smile on his face when he saw me...I really hope it meant a lot to him that I came to see him. Loved him so so much.

He was already battling the disease for +/- 6 years, though his final year was by far the worst and quickest decline. RIP Opie, I love you
