What is this orange post with electrical cables coming out of it that I was on the Swiss/Italian border?

I saw this meters from the Swiss/Italian border, on the top of a mountain. It’s about 3.3 meters high. It has an electrical cable leading to it from a generator. There was a music festival here a few weeks ago. I tried googling it but couldn’t find anything.

Rubbery root/mushroom looking thing, found on sidewalk in downtown Denver. APPX 2 inches long, had the consistency of dried silicone. My Dog desperately wanted to eat it.

Spotted in Rural Southeastern Nebraska. It is much taller than it looks in the picture. What is it?

What is this object for? The lid opens and closes and it has a mechanism to unfold to the size of an wristband. It also has a short chain on it.

A small round brass container with something black on the sides. It’s 3.75” tall by 2.5” in diameter. Also there is a very very small horse engraved (stamped) on the bottom. What would it have been used for.

This thing we found in the lake. The arms are rubbery flexible.
