Landed on my ladder…is it what I think??

For the record I think it’s a black horse fly or a bot fly, not a bed bug or anything else

Problem bug or peaceful?

Am I okay to go to sleep or do I need to burn the house down?

She's from central Minnesota near a lake. It seems like she is most likely a hunter because there aren't many webs around.

Small bug about the size of a grain of rice that shows up in my office sometimes. Can fly, seems to love the light..(WA State)

What bit me?

Woke up with this bite about a week ago. I picked at it and the whole little area turned black, like a scab almost but not hard. Picked it off again and now it just looks weird.

Please help is this a bed bug or roach?
