For years i have these tiny flies in my house, i dont know what they are or how to get rid of them.

Found in South East US in my kitchen. He got gently scooped and put outside but I don't know what he is.

What are these things?

Found four of them stuck to my stomach. I thought they were freckles/moles at first. They were very small ~1mm. Ripped them out. Online searches are pointing me towards larval ticks or crab louse? Located in Ontario, Canada. I golf quite a bit so could have picked it up on the course. Or from a random hook up. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
