Failed brioche

I’m horrible at making bread, the next couple of months I’m going to try to get better. I think I overworked this bread, and well obviously did not oil my loaf pan enough. If you have any tips on making bread by hand (I have a stand mixer but its cheap and not good for bread dough) please share!

Cakes are lemon cake with nutmeg cardamom frosting that my mom made and cupcakes I ordered for gluten free guests.

My baking confession: I mistakenly blended too many Oreo cookies for my recipe and am delightedly snacking on the extra crumbs as I bake. Zero regrets.
