Found these all over an apartment. Any idea what created these?

I didn’t see any live insects, just these everywhere.

Who’s this cute little critter?

Looks like a little jumping spider of some variety to me but they’re pretty big! About the size of a quarter. Found in eastern U.S.

This is indoors and shouldn’t be from rain or dew. It’s also only on this side of the window and not in the webbing on the other side. Also curious if anyone has an idea what spider would make a web like this?
