Have this terrible tattoo, need cover up ideas!

Got this in 2016 and totally regret it now, it’s just so stupid lol. Want to cover it up but no idea what could work. Don’t care for roses much. Suggestions?

Tattoo healed but the outlines are still raised. Is this ok? I’ve been washing with antibacterial soap and moisturizing it 3/6 times a day.

Looking for a tattoo artist for a small cover up

I recently got a tattoo of nordic runes and decided (at short notice) to add a Celtic knot to the design. While I am very happy with the rest of the tattoo, I cannot get used to the pretzel-like design of the knot. If someone has an idea how to cover up this knot with something that still fits the general style of the tattoo, I would be very thankful (+ I will of course tip the designer). Weird round stone thing found on Brighton beach, UK. It has a raised bump in the centre with evenly spaced grooves around it. Exactly 3x3cm. It’s not ceramic – we thought it was a pebble til we turned it over.
