iam upgrading my pc to new 13 gen mobo and aio. getting error code 98 not shown on the pic + getting no signal on my monitor.thx

Finally

Took me a little bit but I finally got the second monitor and stand for both. One on the left is 240hz, one on the right is 75hz; Both are ASUS VG models running at 1080p. I mainly play rocket league and Starfield but for my college classes a dual setup definitely helps with multitasking. Should I add anything else? Or is it truly complete?
