rabbits stopped using litter box

i am open to all advice!!! our rabbits are both good as using their litter boxes and it has never been an issue until we moved. we moved about 3 months ago and the longer we’ve been here the worse their litter box habits have gotten. 🫠 we have set out multiple boxes for them to try and combat this but nothing has seemed to help. we clean up any mess immediately w vinegar/water as we both work from home. they use their boxes but also go on the carpet around the living room. they are both free roam 24/7 and nothing has changed except our location and our rug in the living room. has this happened to anyone else? did anything help? thank you!!! (included photo of the perpetrators)

update on rabbits ear

i figured the cause of her bleeding is her long nails, but i can't go to the vet until 3 days from now and i don't know how to clip her nails myself. any suggestions on how do i stop her from making her ear bleeding for the mean time?
