Steam mop is the best for this vinyl flooring?

I've tried everything to clean this but the spots just don't come off. It's awful and I hate it. Renting so I don't know exactly what these tiles are made of. It never looks clean, it always has these water looking spots all over it.

How do I shine these counters

I have these counters in my bathroom (not sure what they are? Maybe quartz?) but I accidentally used to pink stuff and now the shine is gone. Idk what to do. Do I need to get a polish? Also any water or toothpaste that drops seems to create a permanent stain. I tried soap and water & also weiman quartz and stone 3-1 polish, clean & shine and it literally did nothing. Wondering if they need to be resealed with something?

Hello, any tips to make this scrubbing job easier? I've been using an sos pad. Also tried bkf soft, toilet bowl cleaner, vinegar soak for 30 mins, think about every thing on YT that said it would be an easy fix. There are other areas, but they aren't as bad. Would love something to make it just wipe away, but I'm sure that's wishful thinking 🤣 Thanks in advance.
