How screwed am I?

Trying to replace a gross old bath tub drain. The plumbers wrench broke the crosshairs, so I went and got an extraction tool. It managed to break away the top, but leave the threaded body of the old drain still down there. Any way to get it out?

American standard champion flush valve

My flush valve is leaking and causing my toilet to run. Can I replace it with a fluidmaster flush valve or does it have to be the same one in the picture?

Touch or not to touch

Should I hit this with rust converter then paint over to prolong the life. Or, just let it be because it's normal. There is no leak. Pipe is located outdoor. Not in direct rain and sun but it does get sprinkled when it rains hard.

Threading worn out toilet

Tried to install a bidet and it didn’t work out now I can’t re tighten the supply line Can I cut the area where the thread worn out or what else can I do?

Black liquid keeps coming up the sink.

Walked into the bathroom to find this situation. In both sinks in the same bathroom. Looks like I caught it right before overflowing, it seems to have stopped right at the top. We’ve been emptying the water just in case. And contacting our management in our building so they know when the issue happened, and also contacting an emergency resource. Does anyone know what is going on? Or any ways to resolve in the meantime? Thanks
