Homemade ice cream fail

What about it?

Sorry if this is the wrong sub, pls point me to ice cream related ones if they exist? I made homemade ice cream with fresh picked strawberries! The flavor is UNREAL. But the texture is awful. Next time I will churn just the milk and cream and sugar on its own, and add the strawberries at the very end. But what can I do with this stuff? I’m anti waste when I can be — how can I repurpose this in another recipe? Or is there a way to save it, perhaps by thawing and then rechurning…?

Favourite savory bakes?

What about it?

Okay fellow bakers and eaters of baked goods, what are some savory bakes you enjoy? I want to diversify my baking and I'm getting a little tired of your typical sweet breads, cookies, cakes...etc. Here is a picture of some garlic rolls I made that I then ruined by putting under the broiler

First Wedding Cake on my own. Bride loved it, but don't be too harsh. Strawberry cake with Strawberry BC filling and iced with vanilla on the outside. I was a baker at a professional bakery, but not the cake decorator. Only did cupcakes, cookies, pies, etc.
