Omg is this a tick ?

What is this spider, I’m in Massachusetts btw. About half the length of my thumb

This spider has made a massive web from roof to ground and it's by my back door is it venomous? Should I get rid of it? Should I relocate it?

Apologies on the horrible quality photo due to the poor lighting on my back deck, this moth has been trapped in my house for the past 2 weeks and I was finally able to catch and release it tonight, we found it was eating through thin cotton tee shirts and would hide in bathrooms but would flee upon being noticed, any ideas?
