How long do I wait before shaving?

Hey guys, so I got this cute mushroom fella tattooed on me a few days ago, it's my first tattoo. I was told few things about aftercare. How long should I wait before shaving my leg again?

Is rework an option with this?

I would like to clean this one up and make it more realistic/3D looking as if it were an actual hole. I hope to clean up the outer line work and make it less 1 dimensional/simple looking. Is this possible? Is rework over this doable or will it only make it worse on the long run when it ages? What style of artist should I be looking for to tackle this job? Thank you

Help filling a spot?

Trying to fill this spot I’ve outlined in pen. It can be larger than that area but I want it to fit the outline relatively tightly. Any thoughts? I’m drawing a blank.
