Took blood, sweat and tears, but we’ve finally done it!
It’s taken literal blood sweat and tears… along with patience, doubts and lots and lots of money…
PC specs:

Headset: I think Turtlebeach or something like that…
I got it for my Xbox and haven’t upgraded it yet…
Monitors: idk what the monitors are, I think the primary one is called Ultragear? It’s a 1440p 165hz monitor and the other is one I got from a previous prebuilt, its specs are 1080p 75hz.
This took me a really long time to build, and in all honesty I built it to keep my mind off of the crap happening irl… because a lot was happening at the time. It was really fun and cost a lot of money. I hope you guys like it, because I sure do!
Why does this happen sometimes?
So this is my usual cupcake recipe. It is a very thick batter. Sometimes, not always, I get this weird spillage or misshapen cupcakes, next to some very perfect ones. Is it due to how it lays in the wrapper? Should I try to smooth them out before baking? The taste is fine.
Vegan cinnamon buns using tangzhong method for extra fluffiness
Recipe from Domestic Gothess: https://domesticgothess.com/blog/2021/02/07/vegan-cinnamon-rolls/
My modifications include:
- added 1 tsp of cinnamon to the dough
- different shaping method (followed the method here: https://breadbyelise.com/sourdough-cardamom-buns/)
- simple syrup glaze (50 g sugar 50 g water, bring to boil and stir to dissolve, simmer for few minutes and remove from heat)
