I just got into baking and tried s’mores cupcakes as my first cupcake. They were delicious and easier than I thought!

The recipe called to make your own marshmallow fluff which I think was meringue. It never did peak the way the photos in the recipe did and I gave up after 30 minutes of using the mixer. Still tasted good though!
My toddler has been asking for pavlova for weeks so today we finally made it!

After seeing pavlova on an episode of Bluey my two year old became a little obsessed. Today we made a vanilla meringue with lemon curd filling and berries.

Question about a sugar free cake

I am baking my baby’s first birthday cake which will be sugar free (https://www.mjandhungryman.com/first-birthday-cake/#recipe-video).
I want it to resemble a golf ball somewhat so I was going to make it a dome cake. This is the only thing I have to bake it in.
Do you think it’ll work?
Should I make any modifications to the baking time or temperature?
